My working method
I provide coaching and job counselling using a variety of methods.
What they all have in common is positive psychology.
The main methods I use in my work are Solution-Focused Coaching and techniques for Non-Violent Communication NVC, research tools for cultural studies, and the sensitivity and widely accepting vision I have learned in the field of arts.
In short, I am double certified solution-focused leadership coach (SFiO and HY+), Instructor of constructive interaction (RVO), NLP practitioner a award-winning cultural researcher and award-winning artist.
I see problems as opportunities for renewal. I think of challenges as gifts to help us move forward. Without them, nothing new would be born.
My way of working is dialogical. Dialogue with a new reality is formed between people and different perspectives feed off each other. This inevitably leads to new insights and thus to new ways of doing things.
If you want, you can call my starting point with a complex term social constructivism. This means constructing reality by exploring, mirroring and building on your own and others' ideas.

Not-knowing has also one of the cornerstones of my methodology. It is the starting point for my free jazz. Unlike a full mind, which can no longer hold anything new, an empty mind can hold the whole universe...
