Employee experience is of great value to an organisation.

The American study (SHRM 2023: Case of Employee Experience) interviewed 1197 HR professionals and 1206 employees.

Employee experience (including culture, technology and physical working environment) and employee engagement measuring explained in 54% on worker satisfaction - and 42% on the desire to change job

These are tough figures. 

According to the study employee experience ranks among the top two HR responsibilities.

Even 95% of all HR professionals "take the pulse of the workplace" in one way or another. Those for whom employee experience is already a useful tool to develop the organisation, report improvements company culture, commitment, cooperation and workplace "retention" qualities

Whether you think about your management team, your frontline staff, your experts or your entire workforce, everything has to work together seamlessly.

Here are questions to consider from the employee's point of view:

  • What kind of job do I want to work in? 
  • Will I experience complete psychological safety?
  • Does our corporate culture increase or decrease our intrinsic motivation?
