Yes. There are at least four ways to do strategy: telepathic, management vision (one-way communication), hiring external people to do the job OR an inclusive, participatory and, at its best, empowering way. I'll help with the latter.
An effective strategy is always decided at the top of the organisation. See more on the Leadership Coaching page here.
You can. Depending on your subject and your order we meet face to face or we have a short telephone conversation or a Zoom/Teams remote meeting. Sometimes even a 20 minute meeting is enough. Although agreeing things is quick and easy (I have a long routine and experience), please make sure you go through things carefully.

Absolutely. What's essential is that everyone feels safe in my coaching. I think relaxation is extremely important for learning, performing well and generating new ideas, so a comfortable and safe atmosphere during the whole process is a prerequisite for doing well.
Psychological safety is a subject without which there can be no good leadership, no effective teamwork and no sustainable and therefore effective organisational culture. My coaching is based on creating a space where good things can happen. In my sessions, I pay particular attention to the comfort and involvement of all participants.
In my coaching, everyone gets to be themselves. Unlocking potential starts here.
One of my clients summed it up like this:
"Finding your own role and place allows you to safely listen and support others. It is good for the leader to provide a framework and a base within which individuals can try out and experiment, in the spirit of good collaboration"
Tailoring is about targeting the coaching to your specific needs. Because we work in a world of people, many things influence a successful outcome.
At the beginning we will discuss the topic and wishes, time, space requirements, agree on a good location and other parameters for the implementation.
In all group coaching, the size of the group, the level of demand from the target group and the desire to challenge (sometimes more demanding for leaders) are essential variables for successful tailoring.

No. You don't need any previous experience in music. This is because in the process of building a rhythm we are interested in social interaction, process management and all the things that happen between people.
The musical outcome does not matter.
You will be surprised to experience and see for yourself how the social ingenuity of the African rhythm unfolds into an experience before your eyes.
It's an irresistible feeling and helps you deal with your own important issues in a whole new way. So we work by getting away from the pressures of everyday life, and it is this that opens up communication and gives you new ideas for your own and our work.
The two sometimes get mixed up. When a recreation day stays in a light code, the goal of coaching is always to change something, i.e. to grow towards what is desired.
Successful coaching is always the start of something new and a deeper understanding of what you and others are doing begins to grow.
In Drum Vision coaching we make unabashed use of at the same time a lightweight code of having fun, and the coaching's result-oriented deep level.
It is important to understand that these are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary, research shows that when a person (leader, expert, employee, participant, etc.) has fun and feels safe, the brain's capacity for absorption is greater than in the case of learning by squeezing.
Drum Vision is about continuous learning and a broader perspective.
"Experiencing positive emotions (e.g. sharing joy), both personal and others', strengthens the bonds between colleagues, which "lead to many positive outcomes"," Paakkanen et al., 2021, p. 2.
Research has also shown that humans learn best when the pleasure receptors in our brains are firing happily.
This fact should not be ignored, even if it is a matter of national defence. Mikk Marran, Secretary General of the Estonian Ministry of Defence, said after our training:
"The workshop started with a little hesitation, but grew into a great team-building spectacle... I definitely recommend it to everyone, especially to us modest Scandinavians."

Good question. Although I own my method, ownership of the session is a different matter.
Participant ownership of their own growth process is always a clear focus in my coaching. The goal is not only good participation in the coaching but only through ownership the participant starts to grow towards visible results.
My job as a coach is to make myself redundant.

Art is present in my coaching in many ways.
- It is in the 100% presence of a coach.
- It is the sensitivity to detect changes.
- It is the flexibility to follow interesting openings.
It is in the attitude of making art at the grassroots level, constantly exploring and searching for new forms of expression.
It's in the experiential simulation of coaching, where you immerse yourself holistically and experience situations - not just with your mind - but with all your senses and your whole body.
- It is movement, live interaction and active listening to others.
- It is about perceiving space as process and possibilities.
- It is in praise of failure (allowing genuinely new outputs).
It's in the act of dropping a role that allows each person to act as themselves. If you want to reinforce hierarchies, please don't contact me as it is waste of our time. Drum Vision allows and releases latent potential – and that means openness and respect for others.
It is in a holistic experience of freedom and responsibility in balance through the free jazz metaphor.
It's about allowing and alternating tensions, because there is energy in tensions. Energy is needed to create new horizons. From new horizons, growth towards new possibilities begins.

Our times, new leadership demands and the growing challenges of working life require people to come together, to share a common and shared vision.
Leadership and collaboration must be felt, must be an positive experience. Experiential learning is the best way to do this. When we learn and grow together, we are more, we see more, we do more of the right things.
Drum Vision breaks down hierarchies so that everyone can be themselves and relax. Only then can your collective creativity and potential be unleashed.
However, leadership will always remain central. Sustainable change always starts with leadership practices and objectives, and building a vision. However, a working culture that is geared towards sustainable success and the well-being of the whole organisation also requires leadership to dare to be vulnerable and thus to have the ability to encounter.
Drum Vision is at your service in a unique and guaranteed pressure-tested way.

The coaching or the training sessions take place in the client's own premises or in premises rented by the client. I can also help you find a space that suits your needs.
My coaching and music studio in Käpylä, Helsinki is an excellent solution for personal coaching and professional guidance (and I offer pu'er tea if you'd like it).
For remote coaching I prefer Zoom, but other tools such as Teams are also possible.
My keynote speech and conference opening will happen in an arena chosen by the client.
My coaching is a global activity.
In addition to Finland, I have coached in Luxembourg and Estonia. My global djembe community allows us to organise sessions from Paris to Rio de Janeiro and from Seattle to Tokyo.
Remote personal coaching can also easily take place from anywhere in the world.
We use djembes, dunduns, shakers and bells.
We use these instruments to form groups of players, or teams.
Claves, rhythm eggs and well sounding finnish logs can be also used in larger experiential learning sessions.
I guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results of my coaching. That's why I offer a "100% money back guarantee for every session I coach if you are not satisfied". And I'll do it without any hassle.
