How the Growth Programme is progressing

The process begins already before the first meeting by by activating the minds of the participants.

First meeting is either individual or joint coaching

During the process we ensure the relevance of the topic by looking at it from a new, shared perspective.

During the process we create momentum for change.

Between meetings we plan experiments in everyday work.

At the end of the programme, we ensure the continuation of the desired activities and further development.

Finally we review the results and evaluate the process + get feedback.

What do we want to ensure?

Bringing the participants together, discovering the potential and keeping the process going is ensured by the experiential learning method. 

Making sure everyone is heard and engaged in the process - especially in management teams - is ensured through personal coaching.

How new ideas work will be checked through everyday experiments. Through experiments we gain experience and information on the direction of development.

Meeting your needs from the beginning of the process.

Target group: Executive boards, management groups and teams

Team size: 2 - 25 participants.

Length: 3 - 9 months.

Specific tools: West African percussion instruments

Location: Your venue, a rented venue, or my coaching studio (for personal coaching and professional guidance only)

Languages: My working languages are Finnish, English and French.
