Working at three levels is possible by combining experiential learning, solution-focused coaching approach and WorkPlace Big Five leadership development tool.

Experiential coaching for leaders

Working independently and together, you will go through classic stages of change management:

  • Hearing (opening up for the possibility of change)
  • Understanding (internalising and creating meaning)
  • Accepting (natural inclusion)
  • Committing (full presence and search for something new)
  • The making of the future (active change in everyday life and the courage to experiment)

 

In experiential learning in simulation you learn and discover new things both for yourself and others. During the process you take what you learn into everyday practice and create a shared future.

In our coaching you will also find out where you are in the different stages of change and how to inspire others to change.
