Process Coaching | Tool for leadership and teamwork
Achieve your goals in a learning process of 3 to 9 months.
Within the framework of your participants and your framework, we will create a process in which your topic will be revisited. In the process you create a new future that matters.
On your own terms.
To succeed, you only need to pick the most important things, be honest with yourself and dare to take action in the direction you want.
In each joint meeting I will integrate the results of the session I will ensure that participants are heard (it is particularly useful to have silent voices heard) and guide them to work individually and together - in a respectful spirit.
What happens in the process? (short version)
° We start and open the process with the fruits of more than 25 years of fieldwork using the social core of the African rhythm.
° We move forward and keep the process going with the best practises of experiential learning, such as the Kolb model.
° We ensure results through solution-focused coaching, which makes the findings concrete and helps you move towards the future you want.

Leadership requires many skills. In the process, you will find new perspectives on your subject.
In the Leadership coaching you develop yourself through an experiential metaphor. You'll discover new ways to lead effectively - and get closer to the core of your leadership.
My leadership and management simulation inspires experimentation.
You try new ideas both in a joint session and in your daily life. Everyday experiments are low-threshold tests, as the information you gain from them will also benefit your colleagues.
Building trust is an important part of the process. I build all the activities and actions to support the building of trust in a group. Also allowing failure is part of this important process. An open attitude is the key to learning to share together.
Personal coaching and counselling for leaders and managers builds trust and increases one's belief in the ability to change. Coaching will be carried out within the limits of the situation, the size of the group and the resources available (see figure below).

In teamwork, the connections between members determine the results
Teamwork is collaboration.
The quality of cooperation determines work results, well-being of members and growth.
When the team commits to look in a common direction, it starts to make a difference.
In my coaching process you create new opportunities to grow and move in the desired direction (see picture below).

Experiential learning
Experiential learning is the most effective way to learn new things.
It activates in a way that other training courses cannot. In the process of experiential learning
- experience
- observation
- learning
- creating a new experiment
follow each other cyclically producing an experiential simulation for your topic.
A shared experience effectively addresses the many challenges of modern leadership and working life, such as the fragmentation of our world generating difficulty in communicating and establishing meaningful contact.
Challenges can be dealt with effectively in an interactive space, where you enable the generation of new ideas and joint approval for action.
Simulation will take you to a new place in relation to your normal daily activities (see picture below).
Why music?
As a method of experiential learning I use West African music and rhythm.
The social wisdom of the African rhythm boils down to the creation of space.
Unlike in our Western culture, African music and the rhythm is cyclical - circular in shape.
Just like we do in my coaching sessions, man has gathered together in a circular space for thousands of years.
Coming together around what matters is in the DNA of us all. Around the fire, stories of the creation of the world have been told, moral lessons shared under the village's central tree and dances have been danced in a ring around musicians.
Effective co-existence has many benefits for you too as a developer of your organisation (see picture below).

Solution Focused Coaching
Solution-focused coaching is the third cornerstone of my method.
Solution-focused means leading with questions. It's about you, your subject, your skills and your resources.
One of the most interesting aspects of solution-focused coaching is moving from answer to question.
I use questions to guide the process towards your own insights - what's important to you right now.
When we are at the heart of the matter and the energy rises, you'll know it.
Solution-focused is also noticing. Awareness of what would give you the most most energy and would help you find the right solutions.
Remember: you already have much more and know much more than you think! This latent power and knowledge needs to be activated, directed and harnessed.
This is as true for working with a team as it is for personal work.
